In response to the covid-19 pandemic, our advisory team helped Noteworthy Chocolates execute a complete pivot from a focus on the B2B market to the stay-at-home D2C market, focusing on helping customers celebrate their special events, birthdays, anniversaries and graduations. The result, growth in what would have been a down quarter of over 40% YTY! Great on-line, social and digital execution! So sweet…

While undergoing significant expansion, one of our launch members realized they needed to reach out and do their first external capital raise. We advised them on their pitch, helped establish the amount of capital needed and have begun making investor referrals for them. We anticipate a close by end of year.

We introduced a new product idea to one of our members that would use by-product ingredients from another company to create a new offering. This cross-over and collaboration focused on sustainability and market and the new product is in final testing. A test market was done at a recent food market event and the product was a huge hit!
