We are not a typical accelerator or incubator – we don’t ask for equity in our member companies, we don’t have cohorts, we don’t even have a clubhouse or primary location. We do offer the services and contacts that these other programs offer, just in a more fluid and virtual model that lets our members continue to run their firms without disruption and unneeded distraction. We curate our advice and work very closely with companies on a very personal level.
Membership starts with an in-person interview with our Managing Director. In this session, goals and needs are shared, assessed and prioritized, then a company profile is completed for our website and circulated to our executive and mentor panels.
We then start to work on immediate needs vs. developmental needs, and organize the right level of support for each company. This interaction is tracked and shared, and stories and successes are made available to the community with the goal that others can benefit from the advice and counsel provided to our companies.
